bITsScale is an independent third-party product of bITs Tech Solutions, Inc. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or maintained by Hobart Corporation, Square, Inc., or Block, Inc. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Voluntary use

Use of bITsScale and any integration is voluntary. The customer is responsible for deciding whether to connect third-party systems and for reviewing the results of imports, exports and synchronization.

Backups and validation

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and for validating PLUs, prices, units, taxes, labels and other settings before and after synchronization.

Third-party systems

Third-party APIs, devices and services can change or become unavailable. bITs Tech Solutions, Inc. does not control Hobart or Square systems and cannot guarantee their availability or compatibility.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bITs Tech Solutions, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from third-party system failures, device configuration changes, service interruptions or data errors. Final commercial terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
