Privacy Policy

bITsScale is designed as a multi-company platform. Company data, users, product catalogs, scale configuration, integration metadata, support records and audit logs are logically separated by company.

Data we process

Business contact information, authorized user data, product/PLU records, scale connection settings, Square connection metadata, synchronization history, billing records and support communications.

Credentials

Square application secrets and OAuth credentials must be handled server-side and are not intentionally exposed in the browser. Production storage must use encrypted secrets and least-privilege access controls.

Use and retention

Data is used to provide the service, secure accounts, perform requested integrations, troubleshoot issues, maintain audit records and administer billing. Retention periods will be documented before commercial launch.

Third parties

Third-party platforms such as Square and infrastructure providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
